Hi, I don't know how you setup your AIO printer. What I do is assign a fixed/permanent IP address for the printer that is outside of address range for the DHCP server function of the router. If your router auto-assigns addresses in the the range of 192.168.1.100 through 192.168.1.255, set your printer to an address below 100; e.g. 192.168.1.20. That way, when the printer looses power it's IP address will not inadvertently be reassigned by the router.
Note: If your router has the DHCP reservation function. You can also do the above through the router's control interface. You will need to know the MAC address of your printer for that operation.
Android requires use of HP's print service plugin. Do you have it installed on your devices? Also do you have the HPLIP package installed on your Fedora systems?

(ASUS RT-N66U) (R), two Fedora machines (A F24 and B F25) connected to
the switch ports on the route. I hav also a laptop, Windows 10 (C), HP

Got message "HPLIP cannot detect printers in your network."
I then pinged P from A but no response from the printer. Then I locked
at the HPMD on B and every thin was OK. I could refresh the printer and
both printer and scanner was there. I pinged P from B and C with
success, but not from A. But I could ping B, D and R from A with success.
I used Wireshark on A and B to see what is happening, but it just
confirmed that P didn't respond to A, responded to B.
Question is what can be the problem here.
