Hi, yes, setting `install_weak_deps=0` in dnf.conf is the way to never pull in weak dependencies. If don;t like just `bash-completion` package you can have `exclude=bash-completion` in dnf.conf. Otherwise I see nothing wrong with DNF recommending bash-completion as it improves UX but is not hard dependency.
