I'm surprised they both show up. On my motherboard they
share the same bus (or something like that I don't really
understand :-), the Intel video disappears completely
when I put in the nvidia card.

If you still have a pre-4.6 kernel around, you could try
booting that. My problems all appeared in 4.6, before that,
the video was solid.
