Ok, my turn to ask a question--and it's a weird one. Since I've upgraded to F24, (Xfce4, xwfm4), I've noticed some odd behavior in some windows. Example: When playing AisleRiot solitaire, on occasion after moving a card the display flickers back and forth between the move I just did and the previous view of the board. If I click in another window, the flickering stops and the move sticks. Another example: If I edit a file and change something in vi in an Xterm...the display flickers between what I just edited and what it looked like before the change. Again, clicking in another window makes it stop. It doesn't happen all the time, but happens on occasion. In vi sessions or remote consoles via ssh, this is really, REALLY disconcerting. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this. I've got it happening on two different machines (both have Intel graphics if that means anything). Note that my laptop (also Xfce4, xfwm4 and Intel graphics) does NOT do this. Any ideas? Not even sure how to phrase the question to google it. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- - Rick Stevens, Systems Engineer, AllDigital ricks@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx - - AIM/Skype: therps2 ICQ: 226437340 Yahoo: origrps2 - - - - I will go to my happy place.
