By everything you've shown you should have sound. Do you have a set of headphones? Unplug your speakers from the AMD card and plug in the headphones, the green mini plug. Then fire up pavucontrol and turn off pulseaudio for the AMD card. It is the last tab, configuration; probably set to analog duplex now, but if you open the dropdown, there is an entry for off. Once that is selected, pulse doesn't do anything with the card; it is pure alsa. Then run the above command again, listening through headphones.
