I am keen on discussing how new features in systemd (or any other packages used by Fedora for that matter) will affect the users of Fedora. The best place for that is this users list.
If I was keen on discussing implementation details of this new feature, I would use the appropriate systemd mailing list. But I can not see that discussing Fedora users view on new features of systemd on the systemd mailing lists will lead to any good...
