Well, how long do you think it will take until the "component" is being used then? Systemd have had a tendency to very quickly find its way into Fedora, and probably this will also do so. I.e., it might not be here yet, but it is on the door step. And discussions about this is a good thing, even on this list.
No. It isn't. Not unless the component is proposed. If you going to rant about some experimental component a few days after it has been committed to the master repository, please do it elsewhere.
