Working or not working on a project is a personal choice. Your email
client has the option to block someone if you do not like the tone of
their posts. If you do not like the tone of a volunteer group, simply
do not participate. That is simple.
That isn't the whole story however. Fedora has a code of conduct and the list has clear guidelines both of which are linked on the footer of every email. If one isn't willing to follow the established guidelines, one shouldn't participate either. One cannot be abusive and expect everyone else to cope up with it by blocking that person.
