samba/cifs/smb issue with libreoffice.

I got a dozen or so people using smb/cifs on both fedora desktop and
virtualbox/win7. Recently I upgraded a desktop to fc17 and her linux
desktop dolphin file browser stalls/hang and she can still run other
apps, but libre and dolphin and hung. I have double checked the
setting and they looked the same. I tried a reinstall of all her samba
software, no help.

Did a complete new install of fc17, same problem. Other desktop with
work, both linux and vb/win7. The virtualbox/win7 access works fine
on the same machine, leads me to think its a kde or smb/cifs issue or
config. Any advice or comments welcomed...thanks
