A little of both. Now that rawhide may actually have signed packages instead of all unsigned, jigdo starts to make more sense. It's going to take some thought to get it integrated into the compose time tools, best to start with an RFE for perhaps pungi.

What about enabling presto in rawhide?

Jeremy started some discussion about this on buildsys-list. It may require some changes to the buildsystem to reliably produce/store deltas and to get them during composes.
