Well, review is all about existing packages, not about possible future
changes. I don't think it is a good idea to mix the two.
That may well be in the vast majority of cases, but I do plan on adding
at least a few functionality/features to KDE that require
access-to/use-of (existing) Extras packages. Imo, I would much rather
see these additions and modifications get reviewed for feedback.
