I don't think so. Apparently perl-HTML-Tagset failed to build with an
Extras'
build requirement (perl-Test-Pod).

Arg, stupid question, what if say, someone were wanting to Review some
previously Core package, that now would want/need new Extras' dependencies?
OK, review wouldn't be much of a problem (reviewers likely could figure
that out), but building after-the-fact would be. (?)
Any hints/timetable when/if this can be fixed/resolved? I realize this is
kind of a chicken-and-egg problem, but it's an important one.
