FWIW - on Oct 20 as posted at www.gnucash.org, they thought gnome2 pre-release packages would be available in December. Looking at CVS you see things like: ChangeLog 1.1919 6 weeks hampton Collapse the gnome2 branch back into HEAD. but 6 weeks is fairly old.
