I believe this is the same as the license I recently submitted to SPDX
as "MIT-Wu", which was motivated by something other than a Fedora
package maintainer request/inquiry:
https://github.com/spdx/license-list-XML/issues/1652
SPDX hasn't acted on this yet but I think we could request higher
prioritization given that it has now come up in a specific Fedora
packaging matter. If it's no trouble, please submit an issue to
fedora-license-data proposing this as a new license.
