Is Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 3.0 ok for code?

I would like to package a video game Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead for fedora. It is in the SIGs/Games WishList. But there is an issue: according to README.md both the code and the content are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 3.0. According to this list CC-BY-SA is approved for content, but it is missing from the list of licenses approved for code.
On a related note: the entry for CC-BY-SA is marked as "FSF Free", but FSF only approved CC-BY-SA 4.0.
