I've added CDDL 1.1 to the list (shortname "CDDL-1.1"), and relabeled "CDDL" to "CDDL-1.0". I used the SPDX identifiers because there is no reason not to do so here. I'm also going to send an email to the devel list requesting that maintainers of packages with the CDDL license tag revisit their package to determine which version of CDDL is in use.
