Keep the license file as-is. If you want, you can submit a bug report
upstream to OpenJDK.

No, you have to keep the wording of the exception as-is. The exception
originates with Sun/Oracle (as initial copyright holder). You could
supplement the exception, but the way it's worded that isn't
necessary.
