Re: License header of some KDE applications

if this is of any help, we just added this license to Ninka (our
license identification tool http://ninka.turingmachine.org).
Armijn Hemel was scanning some products and discovered it. He also
discovered a similar LGPL
variant (which we haven't added yet). If you are interested on
scanning for this license, use the code under git.
