You are free to use it commercially as well. You are free to copy and redistribute as many copies as you would like as well. Note however, with the lifecyle of Fedora, a month after Fedora 11 release, Fedora 9 will stop getting updates. http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/LifeCycle Also, it is not Fedora Core anymore but just Fedora since core and extras got merged together back before Fedora 7 release.
