This is a feature :). You're looking at a wrong place.
Note that the script only does RHL73-speficic listing for PUBLISH and
VERIFY stages, because there's no guarantee that the rest are
properly classified.
For most QA purposes (unless you want to build packages and a little
bit of something else), looking at PUBLISH and VERIFY only should be
sufficient.
