FL is not a single entity. It supports RHL 7.3, RHL 9, and FC1 at the moment. RHL 7.3 is considered by most to be production quality. The FL support for it is considered by most to be production quality, though not fast enough for many. RHL 9 is a subject of debate whether it is production quality or not. Hence the FL updates for it hold a similar status. FC is officially not meant to be production quality. So FL support for FC should not be considered production quality, as we're starting with a non-production ready base. You can't paint FL updates with a single brush.
