It's just a much needing QA as it is needing packages built in the first place. 7.2 packages require extra work. I get many good submissions and work for 7.3, do put out a 7.2 and an 8.0 package most often I have to do the work myself, and that can take too long. When I took over this project it was with the caveat that I am not a developer, but a project manager.
