here:
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/5/SRPMS/
you will find a kernel srpm which is the lastest update for fc5

Can I tell in advance how this kernel is configured ?
Can I see the .config file of it ?

I am referring to the kernel that comes when I do yum update kernel.

I want to know in advance what are the features that are configured
inside the kernel, before I download it..

look at the cvs repo:
http://cvs.fedora.redhat.com/viewcvs/rpms/kernel/
but make sure that you get the info for the version that is released. (not the work in progress one)
