The message is written to stdout, which kdesu does not forward, so the application just completely silently does not come up, a completely unacceptable user experience. Please at least apply a patch like: https://gitlab.com/Megver83/kdebase-root-patches/raw/master/0001-Defuse-root-block.patch but I would just rip out the code block completely.
