The default updater does not come from dnfdragora, it is plasma-pk-updates, 
which is based on PackageKit.

If you want to use the dnfdragora updater, install the dnfdragora-gui 
package. (I already requested that it be renamed dnfdragora-updater: 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1448812)
