There seems to be no dependencies of PackageKit for dnfdragora. However if one doesn't have PackKit installed dnfdragora will not show up in the systray. At login time I get a notification popup from dnfdragora that updates are available but it doesn't exist in the systray. If I install PackageKit, reboot, and login I get the notification popup and a dnfdragora icon in the systray where I can right click and pick Update.
