Thanks for your response: however,

When I go to KMail=>Help=>KMail Handbook I am told
"The requested documentation was not found on your computer."

I do not find anything about Kontact or KMail in /usr/share/khelpcenter/

This appears to be the same RPM that I have installed:
/var/log/dnf.rpm.log:Jul 17 12:57:24 INFO
  Upgraded: kmail-16.04.3-1.fc24.x86_64

When I go to /usr/share/doc/HTML/en/kmail/
I see some .docbook files, eg using-kmail.docbook,
but I have no idea how to read these under Fedora.
As far as I can see, I have to convert it to HTML or PDF.

In any case, the KMail Handbook does not seem to be there,
unless this is a much shorter version than the online one.
