Perhaps a grey area topic... I use knode to post to the list using the Gmane server. I have X-Archive: encrypt set in the header section of the program configuration. My address used to come out encrypted, but since a while (a week or 10 days, perhaps), it no longer is encrypted. Has anyone noticed this? I thought it might be a bug in Fedora 24, but I am presently writing from Fedora 23, with the same result. I see that some others' addresses are still encrypted, but they might not be using knode.
