Just for the heck of it I completely cleared .config and .local.
No help.
Activities still broken, display still starts at clone 1680x1050
instead of full-resolution side by side with resolution change not
surviving logout-login.
More-ever, plasma and konsole configuration changes do not survive
login-logout as well.
In short, KF5.20 + Qt 5.6 is completely broken - at least on my setup.

Any chance of building a Qt5.5 based KF 5.20?
