All applications or just Favorites? (it was known issue with favorite
applications removing almost all of them, actually just leaving one, but
it was probably fixed by backported patch for plasma-workspace (it was
tracked in this bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1289709
)
In this case "Favorites" did not disappear, but "All Applications" and "Comp..." did.
Also does it work after re-login/reboot?
After re-login it's all back.
This is not something that end-user should be exposed to.
