Hum, I prefer limit the scope of the downgrade, because we have less
work on maintain it, that is true some newer versions are flaw but they
are also independent, so it is easier report it and get fixed from
upstream . 

So about kdesu I prefer have kdesu 5.4.3 ... , also khelpcenter is
working without problems. 

Conclusion seems that Rex is right, we is just need apper (updater
applet) and kde-runtime-kuiserver , which Rex could fix it in kde-
runtime of F23 , isn't it ? 

KDE4 in F23 rocks, many thanks ,
