I found at least two package that we need for KDE4 (on F23) 

kscreen and kactivities  

kscreen [1] change been completely replace here [1] we need build at
previous commit .

kactivities [2] we just need set plasma to 0 , but is multilib , and 
could not find a way to force obsolete kactivities.i686 and kde-
runtime.i686
