I got it installed yesterday - and am still configuring it, as I have
very many folders.  Another extension that you may be interested in is
keyconfig - though you'll have to google for that, as for me at least it
wasn't offered directly from TBird.  Keyconfig allows you to add
key-bindings, so now I can have ctrl-up-arrow to see all headers and
ctrl-down-arrow to return to normal headers.  I'll be using this for any
other things I had in KMail that I can't find in TBird.
