The issue was that accessing a report (such as: https://pagure.io/pagure/report/Easyfix ) used to require you to be logged in, while there is no point in doing so since accessing the list of issues do not require authentication either, so we dropped this requirement. It does not influence in any way private issues. If you are authenticated and can view the issues, they will be shown, otherwise, you won't see them.
