after admin). Which is probably irrelevant for this discussion.

So both lists will be open to all and moderated? Or will one list be
only open for members posts? Or does 'Make it open to all, but
moderated' mean anybody can subscribe but every post (also of members)
will be moderated?

Sounds good. It is not clear yet which list has which mail acceptance
policy but as it can be changed anytime this might also be something
which can be adapted to our needs.
