                Opensuse's registration form is the only one I have
                found that asks more question's than Fedora's FAS:

              I am not sure which questions from FAS you find
                onerous.  The Debian forum registration for instance

    FAS additionally want to to know:

    
    Full Name

    Name check override 

    Security Question

    Security Answer

    
    And after that you get asked to sign the FPCA
