The Hosting right now is really 2 part. SCM space and a group in FAS to manage write access to it, and a Trac instance. In the future there may be other parts like raw webspace to host http or file content (such as release tarballs...), shell accounts to manage said files, etc... We can host projects that use some or all of these services.
