My initial thought was to propose on 24th March (Thursday). But like I mentioned it in my previous mail, couple of things to be kept in mind are :-
1. FLTG will need some time to test ISO (L10n specific) and modify test cases etc..
2. L10n team will have one more week after Alpha release to finish their work and get maximum translations for testing.
Based on FLTG's previous experiences taking in consideration of above points, think March 29th (Tuesday) could be a better option. L10n team will still have one more week in hand to fix the translations.
Waiting for L10n team to comment on the same. Once date is confirmed, shall create the ticket and wiki page.
