Hi Jean-Baptiste, 

I've done a quick assess on that, for the moment, the front page in zanata
is not internationalized. The reason was the text is customised to each
instance of Zanata and the text is stored in zanata. Because its not a
static text, we might need to think of another solution.

One of them is the externalised the front page info to another system like
wiki or something that support translations which we can do translation in
zanata. Another one is to rearchitect zanata to support internationalise
front page which I prefer. This will be tricky as its diff from different
instance.
