    We discussed on this topic during G11N FAD [1] as a F24 planning and
    came up with following dates.

    
    * 2016-03-01     Alpha Release

    * 2016-03-03                   Software L10N QA Test day

    * 2016-03-15     Software Translation Deadline

    * 2016-03-21                   Software I18N QA Test day    

    
    But number of things change after it. Most important schedule is
    delayed by 3 weeks already. Just adding 3 weeks in earlier planned
    date, how about 24th March (Thursday)? 

    
    Created ticket for planning [2]. Lets list down task need to
    accomplish prior test day.
