This is because they are sorted by # of downloads, which is fine. At least for me, part of the reason to run something in Vagrant is because you want to do something (install rpms, hack up storage, test something) that you don't want to do on your host. If you aren't running containers Atomic would not be interesting to you in a Vagrant box at this point.
