When you're dropping separate kernels, dealing with new kconfig options, or shuffling around config-arm* files, please keep in mind that the older Fedora releases get rebased as well. Right now, F18 is at 3.7 in updates-testing, but it will eventually move to the 3.8 kernel and F17 likely will a bit after that. If a platform is dropped in rawhide but not the older releases, you'll still wind up having to deal with it there.
