When you're dropping separate kernels, dealing with new kconfig options,
or shuffling around config-arm* files, please keep in mind that the older
Fedora releases get rebased as well.  Right now, F18 is at 3.7 in
updates-testing, but it will eventually move to the 3.8 kernel and F17
likely will a bit after that.

If a platform is dropped in rawhide but not the older releases, you'll
still wind up having to deal with it there.  I'm not sure there's much
that can be done, but it is something that does come up every time we do
a kernel rebase.
