Fedora Infra has a CPE weekly summary email with the main highlights. Platforms like Discourse and Loomio have configurations that guide conversations, but login process is long enough to discourage frequent engagement. This makes it unlikely for people to contribute to new topics with ongoing discussion that they could have an interest in but are not already subscribed to unless they are made aware of the discussion through a notification.
