I think ops should follow https://freenode.net/catalysts 2. I think the current process for making ops is fine, except there should possibly be more ops added so people can "take a break" more often. 3. If there is a problem with an op, the ops, or the council can vote to suspend or remove them. 4. Yes, sometimes people are not that friendly.
