What in RHBZ is not open source? Hard to say, but one example: the hooks into Red Hat's proprietary issue tracker, that allows Red Hat to selectively close up tickets that have sensitive customer information. RH bugzilla folks do their best to keep as clean as possible, but there are proprietary hooks in it. At least, last time I checked, there were.
