I don't see us producing a remix-release-notes. fedora-release-notes _could_ be built to be made generic, as per the generic-logos, but it's not there. I'm unclear if it is an imperative that we do make that possible. The release notes are a snapshot in time of the packages, and are out of date fairly quickly with package updates.
