Given that Max has said "A full copy of the proposed EULA is attached, and in its current form it has been approved by Legal." I would say yes. The legal team for the company you work for has approved this.

that said, I am going to run these questions back to Mark Webbink and see if he'd like to suggest any changes. That's why we put it out there early.
