OK, this is where I start yelling.

We've got a release coming up, and we need to coordinate to make sure things
get done. So a proposal is made on how to make sure the right people meet
with the right people to get things done and organized.

So, of course, it then moves to:
- discussion of meeting times
- naming of representatives suggestions of representatives
- agenda for the first meeting
- discussion of blockers

Wait, no, *all the discussion is around GROUP SIZE and MAILING LIST NAMES*?

Gah. If people need people to write interminable process documents before they
feel they can get involved, then we've screwed up this project so bad it's
not funny.
