FWIW, Debian has two sites which provide such information. Maybe
they're a good source of ideas for Fedora.

An overview of packages maintained by a package:
http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=tbm%40cyrius.com&comaint=yes
Some information about an individual package:
http://packages.qa.debian.org/c/colo.html
