Paul Nasrat is willing to take over our fork of rpm and move forward. We

Can we do that?
I wonder what we gain or lose by announcing the fork explicitly, if so.
If we are doing a fork, its important to communicate why and the
development plans clearly. What we benefit is a chance to fix whats
broken and move forward and everyone knows we really really need to move
forward in this.
